Brandon came out for annual preseason systems check. A very friendly, knowledgable, professional technician. He was preceded by a phone call from another tech named Josh. He was also friendly and kept me apprised of when technician would arrive. We were very pleased with the quality of of service. It was obvious that both these individuals were customers oriented and wanted to make sure the job was done correctly and to customers satisfaction. I definitely would recommend them.

Brandon Whitley recently came out to service our HVAC unit, and I couldnt be more impressed with the experience. He was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. Let me just say when I called to get a new thermostat for a system for a client of mine. Not only was Josh and Brandon Whitley quick to respond. Tom Hawkins installed exactly what I wanted. This AC is so quiet, I don't hear it running. Good Carrier unit, and he makes sure his customers are happy. Oversees every job. Nano and Isaiah did a great job!
