Brandon was just at my house for repair on my unit. He called ahead, showed up when he said he would and did an excellent job. He was very professional and very efficient. Also courteous and polite. I really appreciate a technician of such high quality.

Tom Hawkins installed exactly what I wanted. This AC is so quiet, I don't hear it running. Good Carrier unit, and he makes sure his customers are happy. Oversees every job. Nano and Isaiah did a great job!
